B. Agenda Review Motion to accept agenda - Mary Blair; second, Catherine Gootkin; unanimous approval. C. Review of Minutes Motion to accept minutes with correction of Maureen O’Sullivan not in attendance at January meeting, Catherine Gootkin; second Mary Blair; unanimous approval.
D. Internal Affairs Statistical Report & Remarks Complaints filed to date in 2010 are twelve (12) C cases & one (1) I case. Eleven (11) cases closed since last CRB meeting. Sergeant Robin Higgins joined IA as an investigator. Retirement party for Chief Lewis & Asst. Chief Gillespie - Monday, Feb 22, 2010, Anthony’s Ocean View.
E. Case Assignments – Eleven closed cases were assigned to Panels A & B.
F. New Business Maureen O’Sullivan is now Board of Aldermen CRB representative causing a vacancy at Quinnipiac East. Q East will need to elect/appoint a replacement. Corp. Council had Annual Disclosure Forms for City of NH filled out by members in attendance. G. Unfinished Business Doug Hausladen - motion to hold CRB meetings at City Hall monthly; second, Wayne Hobbs; 1 in favor - 9 opposed. Mary Blair - motion for CRB meetings to alternate between NHPD & City Hall; second, Wayne Hobbs: Motion carried, 9/1 to alternate CRB meetings between NHPD & City Hall.
H. Subcommittee Reports – BOPC/Nacole – members not present: No reports Panel A Chair – Some assigned cases have not yet been read. Panel B Chair – All assigned cases have been read by 2 members of Panel B ByLaws - Bylaws committee reviewed of sections 3.4 (d1), 3.6 & 3.9. Proposal for clarifications were discussed. Motion to table vote on changes until March meeting by Frank Cochran; second, Wayne Hobbs; unanimous approval. Management Teams – Wooster Square to hold “farewell to Chief Lewis” as benefit for Police Athletic League (PAL), Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010, 4:00pm at Smoothie Building on Olive Street. Policy& Procedures - Committee to compile a new member training information packet. Motion to adjourn by Mary Blair; second by Frank Cochran; unanimous approval. Adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
